Gate Valves
A gate valve is the most common valve for water supply systems. It represents a linear-motion isolation valve and has a function to stop or allow the flow.
Butterfly Valves
Butterfly valves are a family of quarter-turn rotational motion valves that are used in pipelines to shut-off flow. It is often said that they can be used to regulate the flow.
Air Release Valves
An air release valve is typically used in water or irrigation schemes to ensure that any entrained air in the water system is automatically released in order to maximize the performance.
Check Valves

Flap Valves
Their purpose is to allow downstream water to exit the pipe via a one-way flap door, whilst preventing rising water levels outside of the pipe from entering the pipe and flowing back.
Altitude Valves
An altitude valve is a pilot-operated valve that opens and closes to fill a high-level tower or tank. The valve performs this function by sensing the static level of water in the tower.
